Excerpts from Ascension Assistance letters, copyright 1990-2006 sent out with white powder gold (this website has been up and offering these formulas on the web since 1993). ASC International has been formulating white powder gold and teaching since 1990. Prior to that we designed and manufactured laboratory equipment--primarily for University labs but using some of the same implosion technology we speak of here. We have been involved in alchemy, internal and external since we were teenagers. Our calling.  Kirlian-photograph of white powder gold and rhodium: equal ratio. The powder pulsates, as if alive, the aura subsequently drawing in and radiating out; a kind of breathing. Each photo, of the same single sample,  varies as it captures either the in-drawing or out-radiating "breath". Although we formulate and sell monatomic elements from organic plant and sea based ingredients, they cannot be taken into the high-spin state and contain a great deal less of the pure monatomic/diatomic elements than those made from pure gold and other transitional elements. Monatomic gold is totally non-metallic, the metal to metal bonds are broken and the gold metal transformed to non-metallic white powder of gold. The Egyptians and others who used white powder gold, MFKZT,  for the deeper transformational properties used white powder made directly from pure gold and other transitional elements. They also worked with m-state made from plant and sea sources in their healing, as do we, but the pure powder was used for the deeper spiritual initiations. "These substances would change the physical being of the person," Laurence Gardner wrote about the White Powder made from pure gold,  called MFKZT. To the point  "they may have actually started to glow and were called the shining ones."  The following pertains to the Ormes powder made in the new laboratory since 1/1/06 which is of an entirely different quality than previous material Our intent here is to communicate a specific ascension technique to bring your Golden Triangle™ on-line and activate the hypothalamus. The Golden Triangle™ consists of an integrated connection between the ajna chakra (third eye), alta major chakra (medulla area) and crown chakra, forming what we call the Crystal Cave with the hypothalamus, pituitaty and pineal in its center. As this connection takes place, the unique resonance of each of these chakras harmonizes with the other two, creating an ascending standing wave in the "center" of the head; a true synergy greater than the sum of its parts. This unified chakra, important to the ascension process, expands from this center beyond the three chakras, opening the crown chakra (a balanced connection being the key here) quite gloriously. The expansion then encompasses the soul star, just above the crown.  This golden unity is known as the "higher" octave of the heart, for here lies truly unconditional Love: born of silence, naturally detached, with deep feelings of compassion but sans the sticky emotion sometimes associated with love here. As the love of the heart chakra (including the upper chamber around the thymus) flows into this golden triangle, the feelings invoked trigger specific biochemicals that have a profound effect on the cells; indeed on the DNA. These biochemicals activate sections of your DNA that have been dormant and contain instructions activating the biological reality of your ascension. (Editors note: see Chrysalis 8 for a discussion of "junk" DNA). Yes, the flow of your feelings can activate DNA codes. One's ability to consciously manifest increases exponentially. Of course, this doesn't come in a bottle, but let us begin.  These exercises are indeed enhanced while taking  the pure high-spin powder or, alternatively Metalight®,Lumina® and Amritha® . This pure powder and formulations truly derived from same  facilitate the golden connection and a new awakening of the hypothalamus. The hypothalamus presently regulates the secretions of the anterior pituitary gland, called the master gland since it instructs many of the other glands and processes. The unified golden triangle also facilitates a further stimulation of the pineal gland. As you move through the ascension process the pineal will take on even more importance: the pineal to some degree replacing the pituitary as the master of glandular activity.  We'll be utilizing a breath to facilitate this connection. But first we want to talk a bit about the breath: you don't have to... breathe, that is. Not to worry; there is a precedent for this among your yogis, some of whom have been voluntarily buried for hours and arose alive and well. They went into a state of consciousness beyond the breath.  The early and middle stages of the ascension process often involves various deep breathing techniques, always bringing more and more oxygen into the system (and activating the Mer Ka Ba). However, as you move toward the higher octaves of  the powder  you'll be utilizing a more refined energy source (prana) and slowly begin to meditate, and sometimes find yourself during your day, in a state of consciousness that has suspended breath as one of its attributes (and a corresponding deepening of breath at other times).  The prana that sustains your form will flow in and out through the top of your head (crown chakra). This involves a specific series of occurrences with the kundalini and the chakra system, particularly the heart, throat and crown. It is one of the more difficult gateways to pass through, but a number of you are ready, and we'd love to assist. We'll discuss this process in depth in future letters. This first exercise works on many levels, and it does indeed begin to set the stage for going beyond the breath. It is best done with the tongue touching the roof of the mouth and the stomach and anus drawn gently in and up.  [Please note: The following is part of a suggested meditation exercise we include with level one. The complete exercise  is not included here and is meant to be done while taking the balancing effects of the formulations for a specified period of time; the time referring both to the period taking the formulations and the amount of time spent on the exercise before balancing with other suggestions. The partial following  exercise should not be done indisciminately to get "high".  Indeed even the complete exercise done with the balancing effects of the formulations needs to be done responsibly. If you found your way here and read this far we wanted you to get a feeling for how we work.  Please do not copy the part included here and suggest it  to others as a stand alone meditation exercise, you would be doing them a disservice. Thank you. None of the complete  exercises that we send with the formulations ( they change as you move along) are necessary to achieve the positive benefits; just another level of alchemy offered.]  Imagine that you have an air passage in both the ajna chakra (third eye) and the alta major chakra (medulla area; that indentation at the base of your skull). "Breathe" in simultaneously through these two points, holding the breath in the center of the head. We call this center the Crystal Cave, the hypothalamus and subsidiary endocrine glands  are nestled within; just "step" back behind your physical eye sockets to a point behind your eyes and beneath the top of your head. Breathe through the two chakras into this center, feeling it expand. Hold the breath here for as long as is comfortable, and exhale through the top of your head, like a whale when she comes up for air. Hold the breath out for as long as comfortable (a little difficult at first), connecting to the chakras above your head. Inhale through the original two points, and begin again.  If more comfortable let the breath be natural and do this same exercise with your conscious attention. Energy follows attention, but then you knew that :). After your done sit for a few minutes and feel the three charkas: ajna/alta major/crown connected and pulsating. As you go about your day periodically connect these three points. Use your conscious attention to link the ajna with the alta major chakra and then up to the crown chakra sweeping back to the third eye to create a flow of light connecting the Golden Triangle We would suggest: allow the inflow to have a color; allow that color to change during the exercise; allow the inflow of prana to become more subtle. It may feel right at some point to cease using your breath and simply use your consciousness; feel the prana shooting out the crown chakra, like a whale exhaling. This can be gentle, or with a powerful push. Choices.  With time, as the three chakras connect  the hypothalamus is "enlightened." This along with the new awakening of the temporal lobes and the mystery of the third ventricle we've discussed causes the secretion of a new hormone (not related to melatonin or serotonin) that you'll be able to taste coming down from the roof of your mouth. The taste will change as the secretions go through a specific cycle, all the while instructing the endocrine system to further initiate the biological reality of your ascension process, and rejuvenation. We are  not referring to the natural sweet taste many experience in the back of the throat when taking m-state. Nor the Amritha of the yogic tradtion. The Amrit  nectar production is associated with an increase in the pineal gland secretion 6-methoxy-tetrahydro-beta carboline  and is also sweet, and can tend to make one spacey. This new hormone is not limited to 'sweet' or associated with spaciness.  It is deeply transformative; relating to the lifting of the veils between the worlds, the dimensions. One walks "solidly" and focused in all the worlds with dominion; and this consciousness is associated with pioneering changes in the endocrine system.  This process we invite is not about reproducing a pineal hormone, pinoline,  from yogic tradition nor about reawakening any hormone that you produced more of in your past youth; it is not melatonin or serotonin. Your mental hospitals are full of people with elevated levels of serotonin (and split kundalini). Elevated levels of serotonin become harmful. This ascension process is not about increasing melatonin levels "like when you were younger".  [sidebar: The glands are secondary to the chakras and indeed the chakras are secondary  to...  We put little that can be misused here on the general website; just increasing pinoline for example through external sources without understanding the balance of endocrine hormones and the reason for the changing balance can cause serious problems down the road and in terms of the  spiritual metamorphosis (the rainbow body and the positive effects on all the hormones occurring during the deeper process)-- is working back-asswards from our viewpoint, just another manipulation game from the denser illusion to the more real.. instead of true causal relationships. Please consider/remember where that has lead--individuals as well as civilizations. That external manipulation with powerful plants or bio-chemicals to effect the hormones, so popular in the consensus new age brings the concern of an imbalance that may take a good deal of time to correct. The tendency falls away naturally as you awaken your own internal alchemy from the inside out. Your body knew to produce a certain amount then for a reason, it was needed. It is not about re-producing the  Amrit Nadi nectar; India is full of yogi's with this secretion in various states of trance. Not your personal past or this planets spiritual past; New Spiritually. Really. You have the opportunity to step into something new 'explorers of the rainbow'. It's not about some warmed over peace; it's not about regaining your "lost"youth; it's not about anything that has ever been. LIFE MORE ABUNDANTLY. A new kind of life. The birth of a new kind of being. Literally the birth of a new kind of being. Not from an alchemical elixir or white powder gold. It is the secretion born of your own awakening; true alchemy, Ascension Alchemy®.  No one has a name for these hormones that you will be (some traveling with us already are) producing, beyond any precedence. Not from the past. A new dream being born. To fully participate we suggest you will have to let go of what was. Ultimately to let go of what is.  These formulations (Ascension Alchemy®) and exercises will not produce these new hormones. They will activate in you that which will bring about your own production. Birth of a new kind of being: we know that sounds outrageous now. Consider the possibility. Clarification  This info can be a service if done with integrity  but causes disinformation if copied without deeper understanding--and our folks are contacting us after a few weeks asking why they haven't..... The neuro secretions are not meant as a mystery system sales tool. The  implication that this is  some kind of response to taking whitepowder gold (or any product) that occurs quickly is good marketing but immature and incorrect, truly in terms of the spiritual process, please take all that with a grain of salt - as generally  muddying of the waters: the secretion is quite real but takes place after a series of interconnected occurrences that relate to the balancing of the spiraling currents, the joining of the balanced central sushumna with another current not related to the primary chakras- the two intertwining at the throat, changes that occur in the endocrine system and the balancing of the quadrants of the brain.  Here again that balancing of the quadrants we discuss does not take place in the few minutes he references after taking ours, his, or any other product, it's a deep biological change with profound bio-chemical implications;  literally bridging the Corpus Callosum between the halves and integrating the frontal, temporal, occipital and parietal lobes of the brain. Structural changes begin to take place. And while the information regarding the Golden Triangle™ is correct  re: the hypothalamus, pineal and pituitary  and neuro-secretions we speak of-- however it is really not necessarily sweet and does not occur "at the back of the throat", both statements incorrect enough to cause you to mistake what is not and to miss what is, when your time is "ripe". At any rate the need to clarify becomes a positive as it's clearer now for all. Many wonderful folks in the ormus field, but as you know an opportunity may be used opportunistically; discrimination please.     * * * * * * You create personally and co-create globally from a living essence. That essence is the underlying "raw material" you use to birth thoughts and emotions to manifest realities. This essence is clearly  becoming lighter and brighter here, vibrating at a higher rate of speed.  This dramatic spiritual transformation will reflect in a relatively undramatic "external." transformation between now and then. (Many of you still consider 2011-2012 to be then, although you're collectively changing that fluidity.)  All of "who you are" is transforming the essence. Your present focus here can utilize that lighter essence to give birth to a new Dream, a virgin future being born now. The time many reawakened and threw off the yoke of tired old (and new age) prophecies and channels bringing through yesterdays future.  Look...feel that exquisite pulsating reality just beyond the grasp of your beliefs, on the other side of the formless. The womb of creation, where probable "futures" born of Her love call to you, beyond time and space. We invite you to travel with us.  Love,  Ascension Alchemy® © 1990, 2003 All rights reserved * * * * * * Kirlian photos sent to us by one of our customers showing lighting of head centers; combination he was taking was octave 1 of Ormes gold, rhodium and iridium powder.( Best viewed with Internet Explorer) The pure monatomic powder or alternative combination of the three products [Metalight, Lumina, and Amritha] through the octaves clears out the underlying sources of ill health, which are samskaras (subtle blocks/imbalances) on the multi-levels  that precipitate into physicality. These samskaras are themselves repeated in octaves on the different levels, and need to be removed thusly.  Removing these only in the etheric or focusing only on the electro-magnetic can temporarily improve, but not remove, the underlying cause of disease.  This is why simple one-product-cures-all, even when working on subtle levels, may bring temporary improvement only to see a re-establishment of the condition in time. The true “blueprint” is not etheric or electromagnetic, it is literally multi-dimensional and must be addressed so. Results are apparent from the beginning, you will feel the difference.  But the deeper aspects of the ascension process, which correspond to lasting health; physical, psychological, and spiritual, takes place through the clearing of these levels.  Often our customers ask about this statement: "These subtle blocks/imbalances are themselves repeated in octaves on the different levels and need to be removed thusly." We give this example:A convoluted belief (we'll refer to that mental block/imbalance as being in the mental body) is reflected as  samskaras in the chakra system.   Your Life Force creates an interference pattern as it flows into and around this area of resistance in your chakras; this radiating interference pattern born of chakra samskaras is the mechanism of creation of your holographic reality.  The convoluted belief itself is born of a block/imbalance on a deeper, more subtle level. There is no "thought" or beliefs (as you know them) on these levels, but the geometric forms that precipitate into thought forms can be "askew". Your language limits here, but think of an asymmetrical (or out of balance) geometric configuration.  Interesting, is it not? We could continue farther 'up-stream' but that would get quite controversial. There are levels where there are not really blocks/imbalances but rather "potentiality for directions" that do actually impact you here; you can even expand these potentialities as you become more aware through our work together. The point here is that as you go into the higher octaves and work with the exercises you will be addressing levels that have been untouched by most; an opportunity offered.                                            * * * * * * The hypothalamus, called the brain of the brain, lies under the front portion of the cerebral cortex and behind the nasal cavities. Here are the centers that regulate the autonomic nervous system and control the endocrine system. We call this the Crystal Cave. The hypothalamus does this via a complex of hormones that regulate the secretions of the anterior pituitary gland (the master  gland), which in turn "controls" many of the other glands and processes.    ©1994 A series of secretions from a balanced and activated hypothalamus instructs the body to prepare for a higher light resonance. These new neuro-secretions are ultimately responsible for the cellular changes necessary for "light transmutation". These include thinner cell membranes and larger nuclei, allowing for greater conductivity of Light and Shakti as well as  reactivation of the thymus gland. These and other biological changes initiated from the hypothalamus enable you to hold and transmit more light with ease, ultimately becoming your light body here.  The purpose here is to further awaken the hypothalamus.  The hypothalamus is paramount to the transmutation process, it controls the endocrine system by regulating the secretions of the anterior pituitary gland....  Scientists say you only use 10% of your brain. New Age  "teachers" sell tapes and give seminars to awaken the other 90%. In fact you are using 100% of your brain now as you read these words. As ...you...read....these...words; you always use 100% of your brain; 90% is just not understood yet. The hypothalamus controls various chain-reactions to instruct other organs and glands to release their hormones. The hypothalamus also responds to the body hormone levels as a guide to the overall hormonal activity.But as we grow older the hypothalamus loses its precision regulatory ability and the receptors which uptake individual hormones become less sensitive to them. Accordingly, as we age the secretion of many hormones declines and their effectiveness (compared unit to unit) is also reduced due to the receptors down-grading. One theory for the hypothalamus loss of regulation is that it is damaged by the hormone cortisol. Cortisol is produced from the adrenal glands (located on the kidneys) and cortisol is considered to be responsible for stress. It is known to be one of the few hormones that increases with age. If cortisol damages the hypothalamus, then over time it becomes a vicious cycle of continued hypothalamic damage, leading to an ever increasing degree of cortisol production and thus more damage. This could then lead to hormonal imbalance as the hypothalamus loses its ability to control the system. Along with our formulations some of the new class of  pharmaceauticals we referenced coming out of Europe hold great promise for extending life span exactly because of their effect on the endocrine system. Although we do not sell any pharmaceuticals we've listed which ones hold the most promise based on the research in the EU, for our "life extension" folks.  The secretions we speak about here are initiated by an awakened hypothalamus as you move through the octaves of the high-spin powder; of particular importance  the formulas  that includes white powder rhodium, not liquid sublinguals or chlorides in this case, rather the whitepowder rhodium Ormes.  The master gland in our opinion is not the pituitary, as the text books proclaim, but rather the hypothalamus. Important regarding life extension, longevity, as well as the rainbow body. We would suggest that the high spin m-state rhodium powder is at least as important, if not more so,  then the gold in this context (each of the transitional elements has its own gifts). The way you might squeeze a  foam ball. Very gently squeeze and  “feel” a drop of viscous liquid dripping out of the sphere, dripping out the bottom. Imagine this, see this, feel this, tast this as much as you can; indeed eventually you will taste this. ...One of the many effects of these exercises is ultimately to be able to maintain your integrity while experiencing unity.  In other words, not to Merge In The Light..  Sounds strange considering this merge is the goal of many of your great spiritual traditions.  However, in order to assist with this new birth you need to be able to hold a radiant focus while simultaneously experiencing the unity of  Loving Source. Embracing the paradox of unified beingness (no time/no space) and the forward movement of evolution that occurs in a self-created time and space  That paradox creates a positive spiritual tension that forms a vortex (two points of positive spiritual tension that are allowed to remain create what we'll call a 'spiral funnel updraft' that can take you to a deeper understanding; not all tension is harmful) capable of projecting you beyond the formless to your True Form.  We play with words to invite you to explore a new spirituality that isn’t written in any books or yet demonstrated by many of your wonderful teachers.  So…beyond time and space, in a sea of formless bliss. . .  we tap you on the shoulder.  A New Dream.  We invite you to travel with us.  Our Love to you, Ascension Alchemy® © 1990-2005    * * * * * *  Most of you are very aware that you exist in a sea of energy; a vibratory field. The way you perceive this field, your world, is strongly influenced by the state of your brain, where this vibratory field is translated into your perception of physical reality. We are not speaking about abstract mind here, but rather the literal structure and awakened quality of your brain.  You are the living missing link to a new species of being, an important key to this quantum leap is the accelerated evolution of your brain. This not only effects the way you perceive reality; but also the way you create reality out of this energetic sea of possibilities. Yes, the quality of your brain determines the nature of the reality you are capable of manifesting. The temporal lobes, rarely mentioned in the Great Traditions, are particularly important at this point in your evolution; we’ll be talking more about that important aspect in the future.  Beyond that, the state of your brain is one of the defining factors in “how much” realization you can consciously hold. Words are difficult here, let us give an example: You sit in meditation, and through various means lift the kundalini up the center channel (sushumna) and into the thousand petaled lotus, having a realization (we will not try to define that here).  Now you consciously work to awaken your temporal lobes and connect the quadrants of the brain, the hemispheres as well as front to back. In 2 months you sit and again bring the kundalini directly up the center channel to the thousand petaled lotus. The realization will not be the same. Your brain is more integrated and your temporal lobes activated. The realization will not be the same; your evolving brain  is then capable of embracing a greater realization; indeed it creates a greater reality to realize Interestingly, in the first case you may experience a state of bliss that “melts” into a merged state of silent Oneness. The crown of many of the Great Traditions. After consciously evolving your brain, there would indeed be an experience of bliss, but the brain would be better able to hold the increased speed and intensity of the light resonance. Instead of dissolving in a sea of bliss (kind of a melt down) you may experience yourself as lifting to a silent radiant focus of light; simultaneously being a unique radiant focus and at One with All That Is.  Both experiences beyond time and space, however in the former you are totally identified with All, merged. In the latter, encompassing the paradox of uniqueness within Oneness there is the birth of a new kind of will. Here is where True Magic begins. Where choice creates reality instantly. In the merged state there is no choice, there is only ‘what is’; the essence of your Great Traditions. The movement from this ‘what is’ to ‘what should be’ creates duality, any movement from ‘what is’ does so if you are functioning linearly.  But this True Magic we speak of encompasses your unique individuality (indeed a celebration of your uniqueness) and Oneness simultaneously. The quality of your brain is so important in encompassing this diversity in Oneness; at first in meditation, and then in your daily life. Until it is clear that there is no paradox here.  We realize this is complex and difficult to communicate. The evolution of your brain is crucial in birthing yourself into your greater radiant form beyond the formless; in taking your place among the radiant ones. This may not happen next week [we joke here], or next year; but let the seed be planted now.  Let this percolate; reread this from time to time. It will begin to become clearer. Here are some exercises to begin working with the brain.  Even these beginning exercises done regularly will bring about profound changes in the brain. They facilitate the production of neuro bio-chemicals that  strengthen and preserve brain cells. The vivid imaging of the colors suggested while working with the sacred geometry is important in this production. Your brain is an incredible pharmacological treasure-vessel that we plan on helping you activate through formulations and farther exercises; your scientists have barely begun to discover the possibilities here.   As you move into the higher octaves of  the pure powder or Metalight. Lumina and Amritha  and your resonance accelerates, physical reality becomes more fluid, including that divine “organ” (we call it such) by which you translate vibration into form, your brain.  Now as you do your 'magical' work, include connecting the quadrants and especially awakening the temporal lobes prior to manifesting what you want for you, your loved ones, your world. Once the connections are made it only takes a minute of conscious intent. Like scouring glass, the lines of connection and greater integration will be there if you do these even a few minutes a day while taking octave 3, and thereafter you can integrate and connect in a conscious moment of intent. It Will be like so: connect the quadrants, connect and awaken the temporal lobes, connect and activate the Golden Triangle: see the peace settlement moving forward in Israel/Palestine, the healing for your dear friend, the greater flow of abundance for you ; see it happening in the Crystal Cave in the center of your skull, the center of the triangle. See, feel this intensely for 33 seconds and then release it into your world. One scene, from the "outside" or with you living it from the "inside" (we suggest seeing/being/feeling-- living it from the inside) the completion of what you are manifesting for 33 seconds with great intensity-then completely release it into your world. Letting it go, knowing it will come to pass in time and space.  Although rather basic it can be a fun and  effective way of manifesting. We will go into more esoteric and powerful "means" but you all know the basics of stepping into the reality you wish for and "live" it, taste it, touch it, using your imagination, expectation and loving will. The Golden Triangle, Temporal lobe awakening and quadrant integration are the preambles to becoming what some call White Magicians, with harm to none. Perhaps more accurately these prepare you to become co-creators The basis for this is the true detachment that is born out of Beingness. The Magician is born of the Mystic. A paradox one does not need to understand this moment: but the foundation was needed; and the foundation is laid.   Now just a “planting” for future Golden Seed realizations. There is a Crystal Temple, a beautiful Crystal Temple where we can meet together, along with your Higher Self and unseen friends, we can meet together deep in the night. While you sleep or while you meditate, deep in the night. But always only with your permission; so you’ll have to “find” this Temple and go their consciously to connect. We’ll discuss the ‘way’  in future letters for those who wish to gather; a place on the “inner planes” to meet and share and deepen the realizations you’ll be having during this process. The Light of ascension has little to do with becoming exclusively lighter; for example: through a fascination with various dietary regimes, an overemphasis on fasting, or the avoidance of certain situations in your life. This "lighter" can become a trap, and is prevalent in the consensus new age. It can lead to an imbalance between substance and light  (with a small “ l ”) The Light of ascension is born out of an implosion of light and substance, courageously balanced within you. [The type of food you desire and need will change; we have some breatharians that travel with us (the hormonal secretion we speak of has nutritional as well as more esoteric qualities; and we consider that very real secretion important prior to experimenting with 'eating' sunlight, etc.) as well as native Tibetans who consider meat essential. Most important is to allow the change in your resonance to cause a change in your diet (fuel) and not force your body to follow the dictates of someones idea of what a diet should be; you are all individual. If you look into the  history of documented cases of ascension, of taking the rainbow body, and there are such cases, you will be surprised as to the diets enjoyed. Changes in your diet and your weight will flow naturally from deeper changes occurring in your life resonance. Listen to your cells, not yesterdays concepts.] The word "implosion" is a good one here; the potential for this takes place when the ascending and descending currents (we are associating with light and substance) spiraling around the center column are balanced. Compassion is the igniting agent; involving more then the heart chakra, rather a connection with the traditional heart center and the golden triangle of the head centers and above. Compassion gives birth to this geometric connection; and working consciously to establish this connection sets the tone for deeper compassion.  Ascension, as we see it, has nothing to do with the avoidance of anything; but rather with embracing "Life more abundantly", without the need to retreat. We are not suggesting one starts hanging out in the local tavern,  or having lunch at McDonalds, but rather that choices are born out of strength and freedom.  Not avoidance out of fear.  We think reviewing your core beliefs regarding spirituality (what is and isn't) and balancing the currents will assist here. That concept (balance of light and substance, Ida and Pingali) is important in the formulation of these products. We think it’s important to you. Some of you are too light to ascend. We’re playing with words here to make an important point that we’ll explore in more depth in future Ascension Assistance letters. * * * * * * We wanted to talk a bit about the suspension of the breath and its relation to the ascension process. Not as a goal to work toward, literally huffing and puffing (ultimately the suspension of the breath is the goal of pranayama, though a forgotten goal in most cases.), but as a natural process that takes place at a certain point in your spiritual growth.  In letter#1 we said:  "But first we want to talk a bit about the breath: you don't have to... breathe, that is. Not to worry; there is a precedent for this among your yogis, some of whom have been voluntarily buried for hours and arose alive and well. They went into a state of consciousness beyond the breath. The early and middle stages of the ascension process often involves various deep breathing techniques, always bringing more and more oxygen into the system (and activating the Mer Ka Ba). However, as you move toward the higher octaves of Metalight and Lumina you'll be utilizing a more refined energy source (prana) and slowly begin to meditate, and sometimes function daily, in a state of consciousness that has suspended breath as one of its attributes. The prana that sustains your form will flow in and out through the top of your head (crown chakra). This involves a specific series of occurrences with the kundalini and the chakra system, particularly the heart, throat and crown. It is one of the more difficult gateways to pass through, but a number of you are ready, and we'd love to assist." {end quote}  It does not have to be a difficult gateway for you now as you move into the higher octaves of our primary formulations. Part of the difficulty is obviously the belief that you'll literally die if you stop breathing. When this natural process begins you hold onto the lung-breath and don't allow the Breath of Life to flow.  When does it naturally occur? One requirement is that the Ida and Pingali are in balance. The ascending and descending currents that spiral around the center column.  So many folks associate the rising Ida current with Kundalini. When this (Ida) is out of balance one is "spacey" and spiritually weak.  Rather than consuming the challenges of this plane as fuel, one can't cope; too "skewed" to that 'false' light with a very small "l"  One often ends up settling into a pleasant or not so pleasant psychic realm; unable to deal with the challenges of life here. There is so much more available to you.  As these two currents are balanced there is an implosion birthing Light with a capital "L", and an upward flow from the center channel as the Kundalini rises naturally and gently. Kundalini can be forced by many means; but the outcome is not always gentle. If the spiraling currents are balanced it's a very safe natural process. Another factor is the opening of the complete third eye; the positive (ajna third eye) and the negative (medulla area) poles opened and balanced; and both connected to the crown chakra at the top of the head, forming the Crystal Cave with the hypothalamus and subsidiary endocrine glands enclosed. The exercises we send with the octaves facilitate this process, and are designed to work with the formulations.  Given this, (and a number of you who have been traveling with us now have this foundation) this is what would tend to occur: The kundalini rises up through the throat and the top of the head (thousand petaled lotus) begins to open [this is a multi step process but is at least beginning for many now]. There is a pulsation that begins to occur at the top of the head; at the same time the breath begins to suspend.  Actually a number of things occur simultaneously and there can be a short period of discomfort, almost pressure. So: top of head beginning to open, pulsation, breath suspending; also the throat closes. That is uncomfortable at first, usually one gasps a bit, pulls the breath in and comes back "down" to the heart chakra (or below) where it is very pleasant and comfortable. And there remains for lifetimes. The throat actually needs to contract as the breath suspends; biologically this adjusts the pressure and protects the small blood vessels in the brain. No way around this contraction, it's a necessary and positive occurrence. But there is a way to move through this occurrence with ease, without getting caught.... Here is a state of dynamic euphoria. The pulsation at the top of the head is seen to be a flow of refined prana coming in and out through the top of your head. The experience is not easy to describe in words; vibrant peace, full living stillness. As you take these formulations in conjunction with practicing these "exercises" you'll begin to know what the words point to. Once through this 'gate' we can turn to completing the initial process that will activate the neurosecretion that you can literally taste flowing from the roof of your mouth. More companies mean more good folks offering you more good choices. Here's a brief explanation of some essential points. Non techies, bear with us just for a few paragraphs; after that point we relate the metaphysical foundation underlying the technical application. Worth while for all to read.  The velocity of the flow of water in an imploding vortex multiplied by  the radius from the center of the vortex is theoretically infinite. As these forces increase the hydrogen bonds of the water molecule cannot sustain the pressure difference and begin to dissociate, at this point they can be permanently restructured (the bond angles). Working with monoatomic elements is especially tricky. We have received homeopathic formulations of monoatomic elements that actually antidoted the monoatomic elements  found naturally in the body.  Homeopathy often works this way; it can be used very effectively to  remove  heavy metals, etc. from the body. We have used sound and ultra sonics, along with resonating light only as a preliminary first step in a complex process. The higher the octave the "faster" the wave form, in order to infuse the subtle bodies which vibrate at an accelerated rate. The higher octaves are actually based on standing or scalar waves. Each octave should be repeated twice before flowing on to the next higher octave; this is important for optimum results. There is nothing lost by waiting between vials or between octaves, simply begin where you left off.  How much is the powder per gram? The high-spin powder made from precious metals can not be accurately sold by weight once it is properly charged . It literally floats at points during the formulating process and even when received tends to jump out of the vial. On the edge of third dimensional reality, we would say. One gets different numbers each time it is weighed. The purer the powder the lighter it gets until weight is negligible; mass with negligible weight. A customer of ours sent us a gram sample he had purchased for $50 of what was called "white powder gold". This gram is equivelent to about one-fifth the amount, the size of the vial our powder comes in. That is one way to identify what you are getting; heavier and denser then white powder gold, it's one way the true powder can be identified. Any hint of a salty taste also identifies something other than ORMEs powder since the pure powdere is not bonded to sodium.  Why repeat Amritha through the octaves?
