An insight into how 7 Deadly Sins and 7 Heavenly Virtues still Govern all our Lives...
Thornton Streeter D.Sc.
As you may know by know I have been running a research laboratory in Pune, India - and my real passion is exploring the chakras and the meridians of the human biofield. This has been both experiential as well as objectively.
Recently I was asked to explain my work at a conference at my institute, which is based at the huge campus of MIT. (see fig.1 below) - The themes of this programme was 'Enlightenment' and 'Consciousness' . I love to entertain these young brilliant minds with reminders from the leading edge of science that it is their forefathers thousands of years ago who were the pioneers in this field. We have 60,000 students here and I always appreciate the opportunity to interact with them.

I like to speak about the human biofield in terms that I feel are relevant - it seems to me human emotions are of great importance to us all and the traits that each of us show throughout our lives and to address these aspects of ourselves are a crucial part of managing our well being.  My concept is based on the Christian 7 deadly sins and seven heavenly virtues. Each chakra represents a deadly sin and a heavenly virtue and the whole set appear like this below (fig.2).
A deadly sin relates to a chakra that is dysfunctional and a heavenly virtue relates to the mastery of that chakra's dimensionality.  Google the deadly sins and you will see that they traditionally have colours associated with them - exactly the same as the colours associated with the chakras - the key is to get the match right and that is what we see above.
We often meet people who appear to be a great spirit but turn out to be a false egocentric prophet, this is because they have mastered the chakras all the way to the crown but their pride kicks in, in place of the open crowned humility - this causes a great vacuum and they need to suck the living daylights out of all who cross their path to sustain the illusion.
Last month I organised a workshop with a fabulous selection of the top scientists in my field with the California Institute for Human Sciences (www.cihs.edu) This is the only graduate  school in the world I would actually like to spend time at - it has a shielded room and a bio-photon counter and a highly skilled team of scientists running a subtle energy laboratory.
Melinda Conner was the keynote speaker, a gifted clairvoyant and healer but also a highly qualified technician. She shared her experience in biofield science at Arizona University and demonstrated many of her devices. Mary Clarke a highly qualified psychologist and Pranic healer spoke of using technology such as the ES teck and the Gas Discharge Visualisation system (GDV).
The GDV is a Kirlian type device developed by K Korotkov, which digitizes the fingertip corona (?g.3) and processes this data to give a full body analysis (?g.4). A new version of the software came out this week and the buzz going around the scientists is that it is a real improvement - so we are looking forward to the upgrade as soon as we can get our hands on it!
Lucy Robertson came especially from Taos to demonstrate the new GDV/EPI and this young physicist inspired all of us with her excitement.
I presented the new 3D biofield imaging system and PIP biofield imaging. The 3D system has just been developed by a graphics genius living in Asia - it is so new we really have not had time yet to really fathom its potential, but to see the ethic layer of the biofield isolated - as in Kirlian but live around the whole body really is a huge jump for biofield research.
Carol Chandler, a pioneer in medical thermal imaging (MTI) spoke of the developments in that field, and we really need to watch this space; MTI has been around for years but like so many things that actually work, 'pharma' politics has seen it trail in use to more invasive and expensive technologies. For those of us who actually care about our patient's well being and not our shareholders dividends, this type of safe, preventative screening device is the future of medicine. Carol's contribution has been to develop new software which overlays the thermal image with the underlying physiology.
This event was a huge success and there was not a spare seat in the place, there was even a surgeon who also works with energy medicine, who had flown in from the east coast and many of those who were there were practitioners and clinicians, and this is important because they all spoke of the delight they felt that we were now delivering them a system that could be incorporated into their work, based on scientific research and not just their intuition.
Doctor Harada, the Dean of CIHS, and his team of scientists ran an extraordinary day of research presentations and live demonstrations about the AMI. This is probably the most respected device for measuring meridian function and was a befitting match for the first days plethora of chakra and biofield technologies.
I have a great collection of images from museums and galleries of depictions of the human biofield but have never seen anything but circular halos. Can anyone explain to me why this gentleman (fig.5) has a triangular corona/ halo around his head. I am fascinated to find out!
New medicine devices of the near future will be torsion devices, this is made clear in Claude Swanson's new book 'Life Force'. (now available through Amazon).
On my Anatomy and Physiology of the human biofield course I always say, "Every atom has mass, which gives us gravitational fields, it has charge, which gives us electro magnetic fields and it has spin, which gives us torsion fields.
The next era of science will be occupied studying torsion and spin, the poor cousin of mass and charge, in today's science but that which holds them both together."
I was thrilled last week to meet Alex Hankey, he is a Cambridge/MIT educated scientist who has been working to correlate the ancient Vedic science with modern quantum physics and has found many important insights, but also a graceful language, thousands of years old that seems to better describe reality, in the light of recent scientific breakthroughs. In one of his recent research papers Alex Hankey presents his concept of manifest and unmanifest being the two ends of the quantum scale. All that is macroscopic is manifest and the unseen quantum world is unmanifest. I just love this!
When I was invited speak at the Quantum Medicine Conference in Brazil last year I met Richard Amoroso, the editor of a fantastic compilation of essays entitled  'Unified Theories' (not for the light hearted- there are equations in there!! This is also the source of Hankey's article I speak of above).
Elizabeth Rauscher is another contributor to this book 'Unified Theories', She is a gifted nuclear astrophysicist from the US and I love her to bits and have the pleasure of calling her a dear friend. If you are really interested in how quantum physics is leading us back to holism then do spend some time exploring her work.
Please be in touch with me if you would like any of your questions answered and remember perfect health is just one quantum leap away!
